I received a bachelor's degree from Uludağ University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. After my undergraduate education, I completed my master's degree in Sakarya University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. In 1997, I started my business life as an Assistant Specialist in Yapı Kredi Bank Human Resources Management / Recruitment Management. After the merger of Koç Leasing and Yapı Kredi Leasing between 2007 and 2014, I worked as the Human Resources Manager of Yapı Kredi Leasing. After working in different functions of Human Resources between 2014 and 2020, I worked as the Education Operations Manager of Yapı Kredi Banking Academy. Since June 2020, I have been continuing my business life as the Training and Development Manager of Yapı Merkezi Holding.
