After graduating from Yıldız Technical University Computer and Instructional Technologies department in 2008, Turhan started his career as an Educational Technology Specialist at Pleksus I.C.. He worked as an Education Technologies Specialist in Akbank I.C. between 2011-2012. After that, he worked as Digital HR and Education Technologies Manager at TEB between 2012 and 2017, and since 2017, he has been working as Education Technologies Manager at Yapı Kredi Human Resources and Organization Management.
