A demonstrated leader with 35 years of experience in the education sector, Paul fulfilled the roles of teacher, principal and superintendent with the Thames Valley District School Board before completing a two-year term as an advisor for a private education service provider in Malaysia. In 2020, Paul worked with Western University as a sessional lecturer in the department of Graduate Education, where he taught a course in their International School Leadership program. Prior to this, Paul served on the Ontario Principals’ Council as a field expert for the International School Leadership program, which provides support and professional development for educators around the world. Paul has taught the qualification programs for both Ontario principals and supervisory officers, and led the implementation of the Ontario Ministry of Education’s Student Voice initiative. He has worked as a mentor with the Ontario Public Supervisory Officer Association, providing support to newly appointed supervisory officers. As the Principal of Rosedale Academy for two years, Paul successfully managed Rosedale’s transnational education programs with world-class quality. He is now working as Senior Consultant in Rosedale’s Centre for Education Innovation and Development, making great contributions on the growth of Rosedale Global High School Programs across the world through training programs for education leaders and higher education partnerships.
