After graduating from METU Physical Education and Sports Department in 2001, he started his teaching career at Adapazarı Private ENKA Schools and continues as the Head of the Applied Courses Department at the same institution. While being a board member at Turkey Physical Education Teachers Association, he also shares best examples of new - creative interdisciplinary approaches in physical education and sports education with his colleagues in various congresses, symposiums and workshops. He became an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE Class of 2019) in 2019 and joined the National Geographic Certified Educator Community in 2020.
