Prof. Dr. Feza Orhan is a Professor of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department at Faculty of Education, Yildiz Technical University. She held an M.A. in Division of Curriculum from Faculty of Education, Hacettepe University in 1988. In the same year, she went to London with the British Council scholarship and completed a second M.A in Teacher Training from University of Exeter two years later. In 1997 she got her Phd with the study of “ A Model Proposal aimed at Evaluation of Computer-Assisted Teaching” from Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education, Hacettepe University. Prof. Dr. Orhan has been carrying a study on integration of Information Technologies into the process of learning and teaching after her Phd study. Prof. Dr. Orhan has participated in national projects of TUBITAK, MEB, TEGV and ISKA as a project manager and advisor. In addition, in Educational Technologies field she has been a section writer in national books and published articles and reports in national and international magazines.
