Gülçin Cırık Doğramacı graduated from the Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Education of Boğaziçi University in 1997. She completed her Master’s Degree between 1999-2001 at San Diego State University in the field of Learning Technologies. She developed the “Constructing Ideas in Physical Science” program in Physics education with Fred Goldberg, a winner of Milikan award at the Center for Research in Mathematics and Science Education at San Diego State University. Gülçin Cırık Doğramacı joined Hisar Schools with the mission of “raising tomorrow’s leaders and creating a difference” in 2004. She continued her duty, which she started as a Physics Teacher and Head of Faculty of Sciences, respectively as Advanced Placement Coordinator and Academic Chairman from 2008 to 2013. She acted as the High School Principal between 2013 and 2020 and was assigned as Assistant General Manager in Charge of Academic Affairs. Harvard University Project Zero, Ubd Education with Grant Wiggins, College Board Advanced Placement Trainings and Principals Training Center Certificate Program are among the programs Gülçin Cırık Doğramacı, who believes in the importance of life-long learning, has successfully completed. She still continues the Advanced Education Leadership program at Harvard University Graduate of School of Education. She was awarded ECIS Award for International Understanding by Hisar Schools thanks to her efforts in the international arena.
