Celale, who completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the area of Computer Education and Instructional Technology Teacher completed, developed the first web-based course content in Turkey for the Associate Degree Program by working in Computer Aided Education Unit at Anadolu University during her undergraduate studies. In addition to her experience as a lecturer at the university, she has been working with administrators and teachers for nearly 20 years at all levels of K-12 in the areas of technology integration, coding and robotics, mobile learning, e-portfolio, LMS, SIS, 1: 1 iPad digital learning applications, IB, and digital citizenship professional development. Currently working as the Head of Information Technologies at Bilfen Primary Schools, Celale is an Apple Professional Development Instructor and Apple Distinguished Instructor.
