E-BDT is a skill identification and assessment application applied electronically for primary school 3rd-4th grades (8-9 year old), secondary school 5th-8th grades(10-13 year old) students. Students participate in the E-BDT application by using tablets or personal computers. Accordingly, the student responds to questions via writing, marking, scrolling, and matching to answer the questions. At the same time, the time spent on solving each problem is recorded. Each question / item can measure more than one skill in line via expert opinions and these determinations are tested in line with the DINA model estimation parameters. In the scoring process, items in objective scoring format are scored automatically; questions in a subjective scoring format are evaluated by two raters. If there is consistency between the two raters, the score value is given, but if there is no consistency, the answer is sent to the third (upper) rater. At the same time, consistency between raters is calculated for questions in subjective scoring format. In E-BTD, besides measuring basic skills, the focus is on high-level cognitive thinking skills. Questions / items are developed in the direction of four skills in each area. According to this; Reading skills questions / items are as follows: basic reading scrutiny academic reading reflection and evaluation Math skills questions / items are as follows: numeracy spatial and shape ability mathematical reasoning mathematical literacy Science skills questions / items knowledge of science concepts (scientific knowledge) using science concepts (using scientific knowledge) the ability to solve science and engineering problems (scientific inquiry) discovering the nature of science
